ACTIVE INGREDIENT: 10% n-Alkyl, (60% C14 30% C16 5% C12 5% C18), dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride.
For food processing equipment, dishes, glassware, cooking utensils, equipment and conveyors, wash with soap or detergent then rinse. Use 2 ml of Ostro San per litre of water to give 200 ppm active sanitizing.
For general disinfecting of floors, walls and other hard surfaces in nursing homes and institutions, as well as for sink tops, garbage pails, telephones and restrooms, use 5 ml of Ostro San per litre of water.
